Bruins Attendance Down as New Season Begins

The Boston Bruins return to regular season play Wednesday night for the first time in more than a year.

The team, of course, spent the last year on hiatus after a labor dispute between the players union and the National Hockey League led to the cancellation of the entire 2004-2005 hockey season.

Attendance at Bruin's games was already down before the lockout, and now team and league officials are wondering if the dispute has pushed fans even further away.
