Mild Winter (So Far), Lower Bills?

Winter weather is upon us again with snowy winter storm crossing the region today.

While temperatures today will be in the 30's, they have been well over the norm this January — in fact they're over six degrees above average.

Has the relatively warm weather provided some relief from high heating bills? For an answer Bob Oakes turns to Sarah Emerson, managing director of Energy Security Analysis, a Wakefield-based independent research firm.
