Fort Devens Lands Bristol-Myers Plant

Elected and civic leaders in Massachusetts say the state has scored "a huge win" in its bid for a bio-tech manufacturing plant at Fort Devens. The New York-based pharmaceutical company Bristol-Myers Squibb, has chosen the former military base over sites in three other states.
