Parkinson's Disease in Yeast, Worms and Flies

Scientists working in yeast and other simple animals have reversed the effects of a protein that causes Parkinson's Disease. Published this week in Science magazine, the research may point to new treatments for people — and to new ways for studying complex human diseases. Health and science reporter Allan Coukell explains.
