Patrick & Romney Outline Plans

Hours after Deval Patrick won the Corner Office, he held his first news conference as Governor-elect yesterday.

At the Statehouse, the Democrat stood alongside the Republican he's replacing in January, Governor Mitt Romney. Both outlined their plans for the future.
