Rise in Kids Getting MS

Four hundred thousand Americans have multiple sclerosis, an often debilitating neurological disease. In recent years, Boston doctors have been diagnosing more and more cases of MS in children.

But the increase in pediatric cases may actually help develop research into the disease. WBUR's health and science reporter Allan Coukell explains.
