MA on Road to Deregulation

Massachusetts' auto insurance system is about to shift gears. The state's Insurance Commissioner has signaled her intent to overhaul the fixed rate approach that's ruled the roads here for the past thirty years. The plans were announced in a statement issued last night. WBUR's Fred Thys reports.
