Forecast for Retail's "Black Friday"

Fresh from the bounty of Thanksgiving, many Americans appreciate the bounty at stores the day after the holiday. It's "Black Friday," one of the busiest shopping days of the year.

This is the day retailers launch the holiday shopping season by offering discounts, and consumers find great deals.

Joining WBUR's Delores Handy to talk about this year's retail forecast is Kathleen Seiders, Associate Professor of Marketing at Boston College.

This program aired on November 23, 2007. The audio for this program is not available.
