		<description>The lawmakers are full of it.  If they had wanted to preserve the pay of the Turnpike folks, they would have specifically said so in the legislation.  They wanted to cut their pay to decrease expenses.  Now they are trying to paint Mr. Mullan as the bad guy who is going to cut salaries.  This is yet another example of elected &quot;leaders&quot; foisting their responsibility off onto an administrative agency or the judiciary.</description>
