		<description>I wonder if it would make more sense to leave the law as it is and put more funding into encouraging dropouts to come back once they discover the real world like Tony Ferreira did. Pumping gas for a few years might be more powerful motivation than most educators can provide. And I say this as an educator myself.</description>
