		<description>I felt like I must have been listening to a different debate than what the political analysts on the WBUR were talking about.  Martha was flat, uninspired and uniformed with the way Congress works.  The only candidate who made sense was Capuano, although a bit fiesty, that did not bother me in the least.  I think he was more excited to  make sure people get the fact that he does understand how things work in Washington and can hit the ground running rather than be caught up in a huge learning curve.</description>
