It is not true that all publicity is good publicity. Has anyone actually done a study to see if robocalls make a candidate win or lose voters? I already got mail from Capuano, but it was asking for a donation not my vote. It was not addressed to resident. If he sent me that because my last name ends in a vowel, I am offended.
