		<description>This latest incident speaks for itself and should clear any doubts planted by Chief Perry, the ship&#039;s former chief engineer.  Capt. Phillips was falsly accused by Perry in the previous attempted hijacking of having sailed the Maersk Alabama too close to pirate territory.

This part of the world is at a high risk for merchant ships and crews signing on assume that risk.  Good news to see that security is now on board.</description>
