I think this is the greatest breck through in history. My husband is an incomplete quad, but was told that one day he very well might walk again. If this reseach could possible give someone their legs back that's the most wonderful gift possible. Thanks to all he doctors that has been working hard on the issue and maybe, just maybe my husband can be one of the lucky ones that get to try the therapy and can be one of the people to be living proof that it works. GOD BLESS!!!!!

The time has come where we need to look to the future to protect our planet and our own existance. Does our own existance matter anymore. If we were to get hit by a world wide plague, should we just ignore our human ability to reason and forget about using stem cell therapy. If you have children ask them if they are prepared to die for
these ethical concerns.

"Hey, these Jews are just going to be gassed anyway, so let Dr. Mengele experiment on them." Each of us began as an embryo that looked just like the ones that are being killed. We had our own DNA and grew through the perfectly natural stages that all human beings go through. Once our parents' egg and sperm met, all it took was time and nourishment to make us what we are today. Embryos don't look like "us"; they can't scream, fight back or run away, and so millions, perhaps billions of them will die so that we and the descendants we WANT can have better lives. But it is never ethical to kill one human being without their consent in order to help another.
