Here they are talking about a possible painting by Leonardo DaVinci and I have sent information concerning my Pollock painting to experts and nobody is interested in studying it despite very interesting research I have done showintg it's great likelyhood of being a Pollock. I always hear of "great discoveries" but have come to realize it's not so much the discovery it's self, but the people in charge of the discovery. The art world folks are masters at producing the emperor's new clothes and getting people to agree in awe, yet 90% seems to be politics because I have come to learn that my Pollock is of no interest; so how important (really) is the art if ownership is more important than the work? You'd think experts would stumble over eachother to study an unknown Pollock based on the way they tout him and build carreers based around him. But the reality is, they can't discuss or examine such things because such discussion may ruin careers...yes, even if it's authentic. Jacksonpollockstudy.com

What Gabriel is describing is related to the recently determined Leonardo based on a finger print... The so-called finger print expert supposedly proved a Pollock based on a finger print but the finger print was later shown to be lifted from a paint can from Pollock's collection. The question is why would the top experts of Leonardo suddenly believe in science.... Wouldn't you use the Scotland Yard or FBI before using someone recntly proven so wrong... It seems Human Nature is much more likely to be found then a Leonardo... best, ben

"a group of disputed paintings eventually proven to be by abstract artist Jackson Pollock."

That was not the outcome at all. Many of the paints used in those works were not invented before Pollock's death.

It is likely that this rumour may be based on authenticating some known possible Leonardo. The most likely one would be the Madonna of the Yarnwinder (Lansdowne formerly Redford)... This is not the one that was stolen from a castle in Great Britian but the one that was in Canada then sold in late 90's for over a 100 million as a possible Leonardo. It has not been seen but recently photographed with Infrared cameras. The results clearly show the baby Christ's real left hand under the paint is syndactyly or webbed. My research shows that Leonardo depicted and likely had syndactyly. Most famous example is the Left hand of Christ in the Last Supper.... please my other research at Leonardoshands... best, ben

What John means is, Da Vinci, means "of Vinci", the town Leonardo was from. Leonardo had no sur name in the modern sense. He's just Leonardo, like Cher.
