		<description>Just as a point of fact, if the windmills are greater than about 7 miles from shore, then a person standing on the beach would not see them. This is simple math anyone can do. With Nantucket being about 30 - some miles offshore, if they restrict the placement of the windmills to that section between 7 miles from Cape Cod and 7 miles from Nantucket, almost no one would see them at all from shore.</description>

		<description>Oh please ... what have the wampanoags done to protest airplanes, ferries and fishing trawlers that cross their view? I view this as another time wasting effort of the opposition. 
the defeat of this project which has passed seven years of reviews will be a huge setback if the US ever wants to make credible progess with offshore wind power.</description>
