Two days ago, WikiLeaks was a fairly obscure website. Now, having released more than 90,000 classified military documents, it’s the go-to source for a secret history of the war in Afghanistan. We speak to a Harvard professor about efforts — from foreign policy to local government — to push the envelope of transparency.
