Cahill Corruption Trial Winds Down
BOSTON — Jurors begin their first full day of deliberations Wednesday in the corruption trial of former state Treasurer Tim Cahill.
The jury must decide whether Cahill and co-defendant Scott Campbell conspired to run taxpayer-funded ads touting the success of the state lottery as a way to promote Cahill in his 2010 bid for governor.
