Patriots To Honor Newtown Victims At Sunday's Football Game

The New England Patriots will honor the victims of Newtown, Connecticut during Sunday night's football game.

Players will take to the field wearing stickers with black ribbon logos on their helmets.

During half-time they will light 26 flares during a moment of silence: 20 yellow lights for the fallen children and six blue for the teachers.

The Kraft family has a direct connection to Newtown, owning a Rand-Whitney factory
about a mile away from Sandy Hook Elementary School.

The New York Giants and Jets will also honor the victims at games this week.

This program aired on December 16, 2012. The audio for this program is not available.
