REVERE, Mass. — A Revere man is scheduled to face a judge in connection with a bloody stabbing in a city trailer park over the weekend.
Prosecutors say 46-year-old Peter Deconinck is expected to be arraigned Monday in Chelsea District Court on a murder charge stemming from the Saturday night death of 50-year-old Ronald Russo of Winthrop.
Authorities say Deconinck and Russo were involved in some sort of an altercation inside a home at Lee’s Trailer Park on Revere Beach Parkway before the stabbing.
Deconinck was found at the Beachmont T station a short time later with blood on his clothing and a laceration to his hand.
Prosecutors say Deconinck was charged with Russo’s slaying “based on evidence recovered at the scene, witness interviews and his own statements.”
