Menino Hosts Symposium On Marathon Bombing Response

BOSTON — Gov. Deval Patrick, former Boston Mayor Thomas Menino and former Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis will take part in a symposium Monday on the lessons learned from the response to last year’s Boston Marathon bombings.

The forum at Boston University will include first responders and public health officials.

The event — Leading Cities Through Crisis: Lessons From The Boston Marathon — is hosted by Menino in his new role as co-director of Boston University’s Initiative on Cities.
