Mass. Offers Plan On Medical Custody Dispute

The state of Massachusetts is trying to settle a custody battle waged for more than a year over a Connecticut teenager and her medical care.

State Health and Human Services officials plan to move Justina Pelletier closer to her home and are offering to relinquish custody if her parents meet certain conditions.

But as Deborah Becker reports, the family is balking at the deal.
