Thank you for your more comprehensive coverage of the Democratic Convention. Inclusion of Berwick in the discussion is of particular import. Over 19,000 people including myself, volunteer for the Campaign. I believe that only a Candidate of real substance could attract such a following, even before he had any real name recognition. A few of his accomplishments (after a successful career as a Pediatrician) include: founding a successful non-profit (IHI) that eradicated many common medical mistakes in hospitals throughout the US & internationally; and, running Medicare & Medicaid under Obama (forced to leave when Republications refused to confirm his appointment.) His focus on Social Justice is truly inspiring to me. I suspect that it will be to others, too, once they become aware of his message.
