1 Man Killed, 1 Hurt In Boston Shooting

One man was killed and another injured in a weekend shooting in Boston.

Police responded to a radio call for two people shot in the area of School and Arcadia Streets in the city’s Jamaica Plain neighborhood just before 2 a.m. Sunday.

Both victims were transported to Brigham and Women’s Hospital where one was pronounced dead. The second victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

No names were released, but police say both men were 24 years old.

The shooting does not appear to be random.
