OK, What’s This Quotation Above? At his formal sentencing hearing Wednesday, Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev surprised those in court by opting to speak. The 21-year-old, who largely sat impassively as he was convicted and sentenced to death, rose and apologized to the bombing victims and their families. "I pray for your relief, for your healing, for your well-being, for your strength," he said.
