The new Boston Public Market is now open for business. The market has been over 10 years in the making and is the first all-locally sourced market of its kind in the United States. The 30,000-square-foot market currently houses 38 vendors from New England (most of whom are from Massachusetts) and is open Wednesday-Sunday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

We’ll be hanging out at the market today checking out the scene and talking to vendors and visitors on its opening day. Follow our live coverage on Twitter and Periscope. Anything you want to see or know about the market? Tweet your questions to @Zeninjor.
