CPB Transparency

As a public media entity, WBUR makes every effort to be transparent as possible in order to comply with The Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB). Below you will find documents and information related to WBUR’s governance and finances.

Business Management

WBUR is managed by Charles Kravetz, a veteran of broadcast journalism, appointed general manager in January 2011. Corey Lewis is station manager. Jean Wong is director of finance. Jeff Hutton directs the station’s corps of engineers.  Sam Fleming is managing director of news and programming. John Davidow serves as the executive editor of wbur.org.

Quarterly Meetings

WBUR Executive Advisory Council meets three times a year. Meetings are held at the station in the third floor event room  and are open to the public. Dates and times for the quarterly meetings are posted on our website and announced on-air at least seven days in advance.
