Before moving to Boston and joining WBUR, Dina worked in television and radio at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, both in Sydney and Melbourne. There, she covered a vast array of news including politics, bushfires, finance and health.
Prior to that Dina was a reporter with the Herald Sun newspaper in Melbourne, where she won a prestigious Quill award for Young Journalist of the Year in 2006. Dina has a post-graduate journalism degree from RMIT and a BA from Monash University, where she was a Dean’s Scholar.
She lives in Brookline with her husband and young son and is still coming to terms with the Boston winter.
