WORCESTER, Mass. — Ruslan Tsarni and three of his friends met with Worcester funeral home director Peter Stefan and prepared to wash and shroud Tsarnaev’s body according to Muslim tradition. Stefan plans to ask the city of Cambridge for a burial plot.
