Leaders of the world's largest economies concluded their meeting in Seoul, South Korea vowing to work toward global economic growth, but they failed to agree on the details. The result was the second setback in two days for President Obama, after the President yesterday fell short of reaching a trade pact with South Korea. We have an update from Hans Nichols, White House correspondent for Bloomberg News.
