As schools across the country struggle to deal with cyberbullying, some experts warn that a focus on punishing the bully doesn't get to the heart of the issue. Dr. Elizabeth Englander says that a child who bullies is calling out for help, and needs attention to find out what's leading to the behavior.

Englander is a psychology professor at Bridgewater State University and founded the Massachusetts Aggression Reduction Center.

This segment aired on December 7, 2010.
