Country music star Garth Brooks is playing nine sold-out concerts in Nashville, Tenn., all to benefit victims of the May floods there. The flooding destroyed or damaged more than 8,000 homes, and seven months later many homeowners are still struggling to rebuild and recover.

With millions of dollars already donated to various charities, many flood victims have gotten help. But others say even though they've tried, they aren't benefiting from the fundraisers.

We speak with Nashville resident Bob Higgins, whose house slid down a hill as the saturated earth gave way.

This segment aired on December 17, 2010.
