The ABC News fake Toyota test drive.  Those are a few of the dozens of stories that made it onto this year's edition of "Media Errors and Corrections," the annual catalogue of the best of the worst in journalism mistakes.

We talk to the man who compiles the list, Craig Silverman, founder and editor of the on-line column "Regret The Error."
