Army Blames 'Boots On The Ground' For Failures In The Battle Of Wanat
ResumeA firefight that cost nine American soldiers their lives in Afghanistan in 2008 is one of the most scrutinized of the 10-year war there. But now, the Army's final report in the battle shifts the blame to lower level commanders in the field that day.
