The New Year marks the second decade of the war in Afghanistan.  The Obama Administration hopes to transfer more authority to Afghan security forces, but what about talking to the Taliban?

The BBC's Quintin Sommerville found that a surprising number of Afghans believe negotiations with the Taliban are the only way to end the war.
