Britain's Queen Elizabeth is rarely seen without a hat. Prince William's bride Kate Middleton loves small headpieces called "fascinators." You can bet the British love affair with hats will be on full display during tomorrow's royal wedding in Westminster Abbey. Hats are de rigueur for big occasions in England. We speak with British milliner Caroline Morris about what makes a good hat.
