Singer-Songwriter David Bromberg Returns
ResumeDavid Bromberg's music career started in the 60's and spanned through blues, bluegrass, rock and jazz.
On his rootsy new CD, called "Use Me," Bromberg asked a dream team of fellow musicians to do just that, produce him doing versions of their songs. Among the artists who agreed, Dr. John, Los Lobos, Linda Ronstadt and John Hiatt.
The Boston Globe calls it a terrific listen and we agree.
David Bromberg told Here and Now that "it was a humbling experience and I'm grateful to all of them, and the other remarkable thing is they knew exactly how to use me. I said 'use me' and they knew what to do with me."
