A new wave of violence ripped through more than a dozen Iraqi cities from the North to the South today, killing nearly 60 people. It's more evidence of what the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction, Stuart Bowen, said in a recent report. Bowen says that Iraq is more dangerous than it was a year ago.
