Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan is campaigning at the Iowa State Fair Monday as the newly named Republican vice presidential candidate. The man who picked him, Mitt Romney, is on a Florida bus tour, while the man they are both trying to beat, President Barack Obama, is also campaigning in Iowa.

The choice of Paul Ryan is resonating on both sides of the aisle, especially because of his plan to revamp Medicare.
