Lawyer Says Obama Immigration Program In Legal Limbo

Two months ago, the Obama administration announced the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program — and Wednesday, the Dept. of Homeland Security starts accepting application.

Deferred Action is not a path to legal status, but could allow some undocumented immigrants to get access to things like drivers licenses and in-state tuition at public colleges.
