More than 380 people are now believed to have died in the collapse of a clothing factory complex in Bangladesh last week.

But the true number of casualties may never be known, as hundreds are still missing, and the rescue operation is now winding down.

The BBC's Andrew North reports on the experiences of those who've been trying to pull out the survivors.

This segment aired on April 29, 2013.
