In the sixth congressional hearing since the Oct. 1 launch of HealthCare.gov, the chair of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, Darrell Issa (R-CA), called the rollout of the Affordable Care Act's federal marketplace for health insurance a disaster and blamed the Obama administration for not fully explaining what's gone wrong with the website or how it's being fixed.

To the dismay of Democrats on his committee, Issa subpoenaed Todd Park, the U.S. Chief Technology Officer, to testify today.

Park is expected to testify that the website is getting better each week.
