HealthCare.gov Front End Up And Running, But What About The Back End?

The White House announced yesterday that it has met its November 30th deadline and that HealthCare.gov is running smoothly for consumers.

But while the front end may be working well for those hoping to enroll in a health plan, the back end that actually delivers the consumer information to insurers may not be fixed.

NPR's Scott Horsley joins Here & Now's Robin Young with details.
