Anti-Terror Forces Face Accusations After Mall Attack

The attack on a shopping mall in Kenya three months ago left more than 60 people dead. It also exposed the violent conflict between Kenyan police and the Somali militant group, al-Shabab, which claimed responsibility for the attack.
