Russia's Black Sea Fleet continues to blockade the port of Sevastopol in Crimea, while thousands rally in Moscow showing their support for the pro-Russian movement in Crimea. Ukraine's new prime minister says he's open to talks with Russia but only if troops withdraw.

The crisis started last weekend and shows no sign of ending. The BBC’s David Stern joins Here & Now’s Robin from Kiev to discuss the latest developments.
