The Neiman Marcus data breach that took place over eight months last year is said to be the work of sophisticated hackers from Russia.

The Russian syndicate is said to be responsible for stealing information from 160 million credit card owners from more than 100 companies over the last eight years.

The group is known to the FBI but, for the most part, has eluded law enforcement officials.

The Financial Times’ Cardiff Garcia joins Here & Now’s Meghna Chakrabarti to discuss the breach.
