Fire Snarls Air Traffic Through Chicago

A fire at an FAA radar center near Chicago halted flights at O'Hare and Midway airports this morning, backing up air travel across the Midwest.

A man with self-inflicted wounds was found inside that radar center. Officials are investigating.
