Ray Rice Seeks NFL Reinstatement

Former NFL player Ray Rice and his wife are testifying Thursday before a former U.S. District Court judge, who is hearing Rice's appeal on the suspension the league put into action in September.

The NFL suspended Rice after a video surfaced of the former running back of the Baltimore Ravens, hitting Janay Palmer, who was then his fiance, in an elevator at an Atlantic City casino.
