Rep. Randy Weber: Obama Missed 'Golden Opportunity' To Work With Congress

Republican Rep. Randy Weber joined Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson to share his reaction to the executive actions on immigration laid out by President Obama last night.

The congressman, who noted he has not read or heard the president's speech in its entirety yet, said the president "has missed a golden opportunity to work with the new Congress."

Asked whether Republican lawmakers would use a government shutdown as a tool to fight the president's executive actions, Weber said no, because the American people "are tired of the bickering, tired of the gridlock."
