Last April, a Montana police officer shot and killed a man in the backseat of a car during a traffic stop.

The officer demanded the victim, Richard Ramirez, 38, put his hands up because he made Billings Police officer Grant Morrison "nervous." When Ramirez did not show his hands, Morrison shot three times into the back of the car.

All of this was caught on a police dash cam. Dash cam video also shows the aftermath, with Officer Morrison questioning his decision and breaking down in tears. Now, those videos are public and circulating on the Internet.

You can see the aftermath video here, and the video of the shooting itself here, but note that it contains disturbing content and strong language.

This segment aired on January 14, 2015.
